Reviews & Statements

"The emergence of open-source software and the continuing evolution of distributed computing have provided a foundation for the development of a variety of innovative spatial information systems. Geographers and computer scientists of course, but also people who use spatial information systems in different fields describe systems that have been developed for a specific problem or decision-making situation."
