As an Assistant Professor at the University of Hail in Saudi Arabia, Dr. Ara brings a systems approach to the Business and Management Information Systems Department, bridging theoretical concepts with practical applications. A prolific writer, Dr. Ara has authored three Scopus-indexed books, including the groundbreaking “The Innovation Shift in Higher Education” (Springer Nature), “Exploring the Ethical Implications of Generative AI” (IGI-Global) and “Promoting Multi-Sector Sustainability With Policy and Innovation” (IGI-Global). Her research, focusing on the convergence of human resource management, knowledge systems, Sustainability and AI ethics, is shaping the future of technology-enhanced learning. Her vision of fostering collaboration, creativity, and communication through technology drives the mission to create a positive global impact, preparing the next generation of leaders for the challenges of our digital world.

Affreen Ara is an Assistant Professor in computer science, currently pursuing a PhD in Machine Learning at Christ University, Bangalore, India. Their research interests include Machine Learning techniques, programming, and web technologies. They have over six years of teaching experience and expertise in subjects such as Software Engineering, Software Project Management, Internet Web Technology, Cryptography and Network Security, Database Engineering, Java Programming, E-commerce, C and C++ Programming, and Data Analytics.
